Seasonal specialities for the whole family, brunch, Easter Sunday, and different culinary experiences among the highlights
Vila Vita Parc, in Porches, is preparing for Easter celebrations with seasonal specialities for the whole family, including brunch on Easter Sunday, as well as family activities, and different culinary experiences, along with live cooking stations where the resort’s chefs will show off their skills.
Between March 30 and April 6, guests and visitors are invited to experience the “Fifth Season”, as the resort calls it, with seven days of shared experiences, from energising sports and outdoor pursuits for the active, to spa rituals designed for renewal, and endless adventures for children to explore.
There will be festive family meals and quiet moments by the sea, with the aim of bringing generations together for the holiday season.
On Good Friday, April 3, the Oasis Bar will reimagine tradition with a contemporary and playful approach, featuring a selection of extravagant lobster snacks designed for sharing and relaxed moments by the sea, starting at 6pm.
On Saturday, April 4, The Piazzetta will present a carefully curated selection of fine pastries, traditional scones with jam and cream to delight the afternoon, offering views over the resort’s gardens from 4pm (€46 per person).
Between 3pm and 4pm, parents and children are invited to spend the afternoon at the Bela Vita restaurant, creating their own Easter cinnamon buns and exploring a selection of toppings and glazes (€45 per person).
On Easter Sunday, April 5, Bela Vita Bar & Brasserie will welcome guests and visitors for brunch with live music setting the atmosphere, whilst chefs prepare a selection of dishes at live stations. There will be an extensive dessert buffet featuring Olhão’s traditional folar and birds’ nests and artisan chocolate eggs, with the Fifth Season Egg Collection featuring flavours inspired by almond, orange and carob. The Easter brunch starts at 12.30pm. The experience costs €96 per person and €48 for children.
To complement the occasion, which can be enjoyed in the garden as a welcome to the warmer weather, the resort invites guests to a spring renewal – a complete spa experience including a body scrub, full-body massage and foot reflexology session, a ritual focused on balance and revitalisation (120 minutes, €250). The spa offer is available until April 30.
To round off the celebrations, the Adega restaurant will serve a Special Easter Dinner featuring some of the most emblematic gastronomic traditions of the season, as well as a children’s menu, from 6pm.
