Six-day fair brings handmade products to the city centre
The Amostra de Artesanato Multicultural will take place at Armazém Regimental in Lagos from September 1 to 6, bringing together unique handmade crafts.
Organised by the Associação dos Artesãos do Barlavento, the event aims to showcase local craftsmanship and creativity whilst giving visitors the chance to meet artisans and buy local handmade products.
Founded in Lagos in 2012, the Associação dos Artesãos do Barlavento represents a network of more than 100 artisans and regularly organises fairs and markets to promote local crafts.
The fair will run daily from 10am to 8pm at Armazém Regimental. Admission is free.
