Vila Vita’s pop-up bar will challenge the senses of cocktail lovers
A unique pop-up will be held at Vila Vita’s House Bar from September 17 to 21, bringing Dr Stravinsky’s mixologists from Barcelona to the Algarve.
The Dr Stravinsky bar has been generating a lot of curiosity in Barcelona, with its unique concept that combines cocktails and perfumes together into great sensory explosions.
Taking place between Tuesday and Saturday, from 7pm and to 11pm, the pop-up bar will showcase the best signature Spanish references and celebrate the launch of Stravinsky’s Parfumerie, a new line of perfumes, which takes an innovative approach to classic cocktails which are finished off with perfumes infused with perfumery ingredients, demonstrating “the power of flavour and its ability to completely transform our perception of a cocktail”.
Additionally, cocktail lovers can also try Dr Stravinsky’s selection of iconic originals such as the ‘Camp Nou’, a signature drink that was named by Time Out as “one of the 36 cocktails to try before you die” – which will be prepared with Ginraw, “a unique gin meticulously distilled to safeguard the genuine essence of botanicals, maintaining their raw and natural qualities to preserve the fullest flavours and aromas”.
Another original will be the ‘Crack The Beet’, which is a best-seller from the bar’s latest menu launched in April, and is prepared with Tequila Curado, “a revolutionary brand that bridges the gap between tequila and mezcal”.
