Weekly outdoor fitness and breakfast sessions throughout the summer
Vila Vita Parc has launched a new Friday morning programme combining outdoor exercise and breakfast at Nana On The Beach restaurant, in Armação de Pêra.
Called Friday Reset & Breakfast, the weekly initiative started on June 12 and takes place every Friday at 8.15am.
The programme alternates between two activities led by the resort’s personal trainers. One week focuses on mobility, balance and strength through a fitness class suitable for different levels, whilst the following week features a Hatha Yoga session centred on posture, breathing and mindfulness.
Each session lasts 45 minutes and takes place by the coast, offering participants an opportunity to start the day with exercise and well-being.
Afterwards, participants can enjoy breakfast at Nana On The Beach, with a menu that features local produce and healthy options designed to help recharge for the day ahead.
The programme will run until the end of summer and costs €35 per person, including the class and breakfast.
