Seasonal menus explore cuisines from Europe, North Africa and the Middle East
This winter, the Bela Vita Bar & Brasserie transforms the classic Sunday brunch into an enriching journey that celebrates different culinary cultures. Each menu is an invitation to discover new flavours, set against the relaxed elegance of Vila Vita Parc, in Porches.
Bela Vita Bar & Brasserie reaffirms its status as a prime destination for winter Sundays with its seasonal brunch, available until May 17. The concept combines the sophistication of a classic brunch with a cosmopolitan approach inspired by some of the world’s great gastronomic traditions, offering a continuous invitation to discovery at the table.
Throughout the season, the traditional brunch menu is enhanced with regional themes that travel across different geographies, cultures and palates, always focusing on ingredient quality, authentic recipes and an immersive sensory experience.
Between February 22 and March 15, this gastronomic journey explores a trip to alpine landscapes with “Tastes from the Peaks”. Inspired by the European mountains, this menu embraces comforting, indulgent cuisine, highlighting Austrian specialities, traditional sweets and classic alpine hot chocolate — an ode to the rich, warming flavours of winter.
From March 22 to April 19, Bela Vita Bar & Brasserie heads to the culinary richness of North Africa and the Middle East with “Sands of Spice”. Aromatic tagines, falafel with a selection of dips, octopus with Maghreb spices and iconic beverages such as Moroccan mint tea or ginger lemonade create an experience defined by contrasts, textures and deep aromas.
The season concludes with “Mediterranean Riviera”, from April 26 to May 17, celebrating the lightness and relaxed sophistication of southern Europe. Inspired by the Côte d’Azur, the Amalfi Coast and southern Portugal, this menu evokes the meeting of sun and sea, with fresh, elegant and luminous flavours inspired by beaches and picturesque coastal villages.
Every Sunday, the Bela Vita Bar & Brasserie winter brunch establishes itself as a ritual of sharing and enjoyment, designed for long, relaxed moments with family or friends. The price is €59 per person (alcoholic beverages not included) and €29 for children aged 4 to 12.
