Effortless shopping at Baptista

In a year already marked by exciting developments, Baptista Supermarket continues to innovate.

With the aim of making the shopping experience even smoother and more convenient, a new service has been launched: Click and Collect.

Customers who shop online via the website can now collect their orders at a time that suits them best, simply by stopping by the tills.

The process is quick and efficient, with staff on hand to assist and even helping to carry bags to your car if needed. Special requests are also welcome and can be made directly when placing the order online.

In-store shoppers will also benefit from more personalised support. Beyond the usual friendly assistance offered by staff in the aisles, team members are now available at the checkout to help pack shopping and carry bags to the customer’s cars.

“Our ongoing commitment to customer care and our drive to keep improving led us to create this new service,” explains manager Beatriz Batista.

“It’s designed to make life easier for those who shop with us, offering greater support and comfort throughout their visit.”

Place your orders at [email protected], call 282 780 300 / 282 780 303, or visit www.baptista.shop.
