OsteoStrong presents an innovative concept, unlike anything else on the market, using a scientifically proven method backed by more than 25,000 clinical studies, promising results with just 10 minutes per week, without sweat or pain.

The goal, Tiago says, “is for each person to feel supported and inspired to achieve their best”.
Motivated by the desire to provide benefits to the community, such as increased physical strength, bone density, mobility, and quality of life, with “a safe and accessible method”, Tiago and his wife Bárbara decided, in October 2024, to invest in this franchise (present in more than 220 centres worldwide) that had fascinated them two years earlier with its promise of significant results with little training time.
The couple already shared an interest in health and well-being, yoga, and martial arts, which led them to continuously research methods of physical and mental development. This knowledge, combined with the will to contribute to public health and “fill a gap in services providing preventive solutions for osteoporosis, sarcopenia, and to foster healthy ageing”, was the motivation for the business.
Tiago was born in Mozambique and raised in Porto, whilst Bárbara, a native of Madeira Island, and, after living in France and the Netherlands, they decided to return to Portugal.
In 2020, they moved to Budens in search of a better quality of life, proximity to nature, and a healthier environment for their family and their business.
The couple chose to open their OsteoStrong space in Lagos due to its diverse international community, which, in Tiago’s view, is very open to new approaches to health and well-being and easily adapts to innovative concepts.
