This June, Aljezur will host an unmissable evening, perfect for exploring the region’s new labels
Wine lovers will have a chance to explore organic and local producers at Prova na Vila in Aljezur this June 13, with Largo da Liberdade set to become a wine tasting venue.
The event runs from 5pm to 10.30pm and brings together more than 10 winemakers from across the Algarve and beyond, including the Costa Vicentina, Monchique and Alentejo, with a focus on organic wine production and small signature projects that reflect local terroir.
Aljezur will host producers in a relaxed, open-air setting where visitors can move between stands, meet winemakers and explore different wine styles throughout the evening.
Already confirmed wineries include Adega do Mar, Adega do Montado, Adega dos Nascedios, Arvad, Cabrita Wines, Quinta dos Capinhas, Quinta dos Namorados, Quinta dos Sentidos, Quinta dos Vales, Sul Composto, Terra Sigilata and Vicentino.
Entry costs €10 and includes an official tasting glass, with unlimited tastings available through the evening.
